A development currently underway by GSA in Dublin is a 400-bedroom development in Mill Street, Dublin 8 – along with shops, a restaurant and an incubation hub space for local businesses. This is a joint venture between Global Student Accommodation Group (GSA) and Harrison Street Real Estate Capital (Harrison Street).

One of the most exciting aspects will see the Creedon Group undertake the complete renovation of no. 10 Mill Street, the sole remaining ‘Dutch Billy’ style building in the city centre.  Also known as ‘Mill Street House’, work is currently underway to restore it to its original 1720 appearance.

Uninest New Mill, as it will be known once operational, will deliver an extensive new public realm and landscaping to Mill Street and Warrenmount Lane. In addition, the refurbishment of a dilapidated historic townhouse at No.10 Mill Street will be refurbished to provide a centrepiece for Mill Street.
