Mod 21 – Modular Manufacturing Facility, PL

Sustainability and environmental plans are vital elements of modular construction. Mod21 rely almost exclusively on wood in order to contribute realistically to reducing CO2 emissions.

Watch the development of the new Mod21 production hall taking shape. The Weinmann production line is currently being installed for the start of production in January 2023. In this production line, the wooden modules are manufactured almost fully automatically.

The new production area is 22,000m2 and will be able to produce 375m2 of module surface per day. Mod21 uses wooden modules to construct buildings for a variety of uses (such as schools, flats, hospitals and nursing stations).
